My vision for this mentorship program is simple, proven and effective to help you build a real estate business of buying and selling several houses per month, earning six figure in profit annually, while working fewer than 20 hours a week.

In my seven years of coaching, every single one of my students has gone on to make at least $1 million dollars within three years, the same time it took me to make my first million. Unlike other real estate “guru’s”, I don’t work with the masses. I only work with 12 people at a time.

We work closely as a team for 12 full weeks. The simple truth is that most of us don’t need more “what to do’s” to become wealthy in this business. We need a mentor who will help us get past our fears; to help us put all the missing pieces together of how to successfully invest in real estate. I have come to realize that my value and uniqueness within our industry is that I coach the “inner game” AND THEN guide my students through every step of building a successful investing business. People need both a Mentor and a Coach.

A mentor sees the good in us and uses their wisdom and experience to help us out of the woods and show us what to do. A coach gives us the encouragement and provides accountability to make sure we do all the work we need to do.
