Since you are going to just spiff & shine, and put it back on the market in two weeks; I don’t think you are going to do a major re-hab. I put in an estimate of $20,000 to paint, carpet, and clean up.

It seems this property is in good condition although we do not see the roof and basement. The deck looks old and may need some upgrade. Also the floor carpet, wall paint and landscape gardening will let the property look new and different. I think the total cost will be around $5000 if you well budget.
Thank you for your comments. On this 1700 sq ft house I am repainting the entire interior and exterior of house (65 gal of paint/primer), gutting one bathroom and replacing it. Re-doing the kitchen with new cabinet doors, counter top, sink and faucet. Tearing out the back porch and fence. And installing carpet in 4 bedrooms and den. Total cost $14,250.
